That's like almost 40 years! I have seem them in their greatness and magnificent run all through the 70's till the early 90's.
Although the love of my life has had more then a decade of a hexed run, you CANNOT abandon your team- no matter what.
We have endured the RAFA ' so called revolution' and we have survived the torment of almost being split by a manager who, although tactically brilliant, had no heart and let his emotions get the better of him. This killed the club.
Hodgson was I believe like a rebound love affair- and then the ANFIELD gods shone upon us again in the form of King Kenny!
All in all, I am still here and am patiently awaiting the glory days to come again. There is much talk about the 2011/2012 season to be the dawn of a new beginning- I would want to believe so!
Back to the present, we have 5 games left and a potential 15 points for the taking. We have 49 points and are 5 points away from Spurs ( although they have a game in hand) and a possible Europa spot!
A 25 million pound Shirt deal with Warrior has been sealed for the 2012/2013 season and things are already looking promising
Tonight we take on Birmingham who we have not beaten in a bit and there is promise ( we are playing at Anfield) of 3 points although the defensive injuries seem to plaque us - Johnson, Kelly. Aurelio butthe kids - Flanno and Robinson( who) have been stellar!
I am predicting a 2- 0 victory with Suarez and Kuyt to provide the goals

BTW The REDS will be in Malaysia China ad South Korea for a tour in JULY! Awesomeness as I caught them last year in Singapore( and got something signed by Jay Spearing!)
